No. Paying the conference fee at the conference is not possible. If you have problems with the payment ways we provide that contact us directly to find a solution.

Are there other events around the conference?

Yes. The ITB is from 5th to 9th march. It's the world's biggest fair about the touristic world. And of course for all IT fans: the CEBIT is from 4th to 9th march. It's the biggest IT fair in the world (!) and just 1,5 hours away from Berlin in Hannover (by train).

Is there an official poster for the conference?

Yes. Please find it here, print it out and place it on your work / university. Thanks!

Will there be proceedings?

Yes there will be printed proceedings that will be prepared after the conference. The proceedings will have a ISBN. We are currently negotiation with publishers. For the conference  you will get papers and Berlin Information on a CD.

Is there information for speakers?

Yes: The speakers do have 1 hour in total. This means they should prepare for 30 up to 45 minutes and plan for questions and discussion. Furthermore you can use your own presentation template. ICOODB will not provide templates.

We have a conference laptop. So you may send your slides to talk[at]icoodb[dot]organd everything will be properly presented. Otherwise you may bring your laptop. The 2 projectors have a native resolution of 1024x768(XGA). So each could show 640x480 (VGA) up to 1600x1200 (UXGA). Bigger resolutions will be interpolated and thus the quality will not be perfect. Important: The Notebook should always have a 4:3 resolution (even if it is set to work on a 16:10 TFT).

Can we help to set a link on the conference using a logo?

Sure this would be a good help for us. Use this logos:
