Biography:

Niklas Mehner is working as an independent software architect and developer in the UK and Germany. He is the author of SiebenGeisslein, a platform for orthogonal persistent applications, and hansel, a code coverage tool.

" Orthogonal Persistence Revisited"

In this talk new approaches in orthogonal persistence as implemented in SiebenGeisslein are introduced. This includes a revised client/server architecture, optimizations in transaction processing, handling class evolution and providing full-lifecycle, fully integrated tool support for co-developing code and data.
